PyVela Privacy Policy

PyVela ("the app") is published by LQR Consulting ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with information. You can reach us at support@lqrconsulting.com.
The short version
- No account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
- Your progress and the code you type stay on your device. The code you write runs on your device and is never sent to us.
- The only information that leaves the app is what is needed to check and manage your PyVela Pro subscription.
Information stored on your device
The app saves your chosen hero, your stars, XP, streak, gems, badges, daily goal and whether you have PyVela Pro, so that you can pick up where you left off. This stays on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it. We cannot see it.
Information processed for subscriptions
If you subscribe to PyVela Pro or restore a purchase, the payment is handled by Google Play. We never receive your card or payment details. To confirm your subscription and unlock the paid content, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service provider that processes data on our behalf.

RevenueCat's handling of this data is described in its privacy policy. Google Play's is described in Google's privacy policy. This data may be processed outside your country.
What we do not do
- We do not show ads and we do not use an advertising ID.
- We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
- We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos or files.
Children
PyVela is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices and rights
You can stop all data use by uninstalling the app. You can cancel a subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings. Depending on where you live (for example in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to its processing and to complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights, or to ask us to delete the purchase records linked to your anonymous ID, email support@lqrconsulting.com and include your Google Play order number, so that we can find the purchase.
Security
Requests between the app, RevenueCat and Google Play are encrypted in transit.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here and update the date above.
